I have never had the need to use a pet setting service in the past, so I have nothing to compare my experience to, but what I can say
is that I feel really blessed to have called TLC when our need for this service did arise. We have used TLC twice now. The Ist trip was back to Louisiana for 2 wks and I was a bit leary of leaving my home and all of our pets in the hands of strangers. I use the word strangers because even though TLC was listed with the BBB as a reliable Pet sitting service, they were still strangers to us. We
talked to Holly or Kara everyday of our trip, if we didn’t call them, they called us, just to keep us posted on all, and their caring voices and concern for our pets, helped put our minds at ease while we were away. On our return we found all to have been taken care of with great care & love. We left 7 dogs, two aquariums(150 gal & 30 gal), 3 bearded dragons, 2 veiled chameleons and 1 ferret in their hands to be cared for. Quiet a handful, huh!! So, when we decided to go to Prescott for the rodeo this past week, we didn’t hesitate in calling TLC. We were gone 5 days this trip and they were great, going above & beyond, when our water was cut off due to and oversight on my part, Holly brought containers of water from her home to make sure our pets had water. Thanks again Holly for all your extra effort with no complaint!! On our return all was perfect, our home and our pets were all taken care of with sincere care and professionalism!! Thanks again to Kara and Holly for all you do for us while we are away from home for you give us peace of mind, knowing that ours is in good hands with you and we sure don’t consider you strangers anymore!!!
