Please allow 1-3 business days for our office to reply.
Reservations are not guaranteed until the TLC office has confirmed your scheduled services via email or phone.
Once service begins, no refunds will be issued.

WHY PLAN AHEAD
WE DO NOT OVERBOOK
This ensures that we have a sitter available for pet sitting and/or to meet for a consult and to set up or make changes to your account.
To ensure sitter availability, please provide TLC:
2 (or more) weeks’ notice for scheduling regular non-holiday service
4 (or more) weeks’ notice for scheduling holiday and overnight service
We understand that life happens, and will do our best to accommodate late requests, although your regular sitter may not be available.
Requests that do not meet our minimum notice guidelines will incur a late-booking fee as noted here:
Daily Vacation Pet Visits with less than 3 business days’ notice
Overnight Visits with less than 5 business days’ notice
Holiday Visits with less than 14 business days’ notice.
MINIMUM NOTICE REQUIRED*?
DAILY VACATION VISIT
Requests with less than 3 business days’ notice will incur a LATE BOOKING fee (non-holidays)
OVERNIGHT VISIT
Requests with less than five (5) business days’ notice will incur a LATE BOOKING fee (non-holidays)
HOLIDAY VISIT
Requests with less than two (2) weeks’ (14 business days) notice will incur a LATE BOOKING fee. Please refer to our Holiday list at the bottom of our Rates page.

For your convenience and comfort, you can always view your schedule, profile and pet information online to confirm that your upcoming reservation is correct.

Need to Make Changes?
If your situation has changed, please either update your online account or call our office to have our staff assist you.
You can update your online profile if you have any of the following changes:
- Number of Pet(s) or in-home tasks
- Diet (food amount or type)
- Medication
- Veterinarian changes
- Emergency Contacts
Changes Where You MUST Call Our Office:
- Access to your home (new locks)
- Moved to a new location
