It is rare to encounter a professional who cares this much about other people’s pets. Kara went out of her way to accommodate my needs (I had to leave town on short notice but one of my dogs got sick yet we could not figure out what is was, and we were still waiting on blood test results) I called Kara at the end of the business day she was able to provide me with a sitter within a few hours. She clearly has experience and training working with dogs – she offered insight on what my dog’s medical condition may be as well as which meds and care would probably follow…details that I told my vet….Kara was right! It was Valley Fever. Rachel, the petsitter was wonderful! My 2 dogs took to her immediately. She kept me updated daily on my dog’s health progress via text messages and administered meds accordingly; she even drove to my vet’s office to consult and pick up additional meds. I will definitely be referring Kara’s and Rachel’s professionalism to friends family, my vet, and I will write a review on Yelp.
